Self-Guided Programs for Women Over 50

If you’ve been watching my videos and thinking, “This finally makes sense, but I need help putting the pieces together,” these self-guided programs were created for you.

The videos are a wonderful place to learn.

The programs give you a clearer path.

Each program is designed to help you understand your body, make more confident decisions, and move forward without extremes, pressure, or starting over every Monday.

Which Path Is Right for You?

Start with The Art of Sustainable Health if you want the foundation.

This is the best place to begin if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, tired of dieting, or unsure why weight loss feels different after 50.

Inside this path, you’ll learn how metabolism, hunger, inflammation, consistency, hormones, muscle, sleep, stress, and daily habits all work together.

The goal is not to hand you another rigid plan. The goal is to help you understand what your body is responding to so you can build a more sustainable way forward.

Choose this path if you want to stop guessing and build the foundation first.

Keto Path

Choose Keto Path if you already know you want to explore low-carb or ketogenic eating, but you want to do it with more clarity and less confusion.

This path walks you through the transition step by step so you understand what is changing in your body, what to expect, and how to approach keto in a calmer, more sustainable way.

It is especially helpful if you have tried low-carb before and felt unsure about protein, fat, electrolytes, hunger, adaptation, cravings, or what “working” should actually feel like.

Choose this path if you want a structured way to explore keto without the internet drama.

Want Support While You Work Through the Material?

The programs are complete and self-led, but you do not have to do everything alone.

Optional weekly group support calls are available if you want encouragement, conversation, questions answered, and a steady place to stay connected while you work through your path.

Not Sure Where to Begin?

If you are brand new here, I would start with The Art of Sustainable Health.

That program gives you the foundation first. From there, Keto Path can make more sense if you decide low-carb or ketogenic eating is the direction you want to explore.

You do not need to do everything at once.

Start with the path that matches what you need most right now.
