No. Many women follow the weekly flow, but you are free to pause, revisit, or move ahead in your own time.
What if I fall behind or take a break?
Nothing breaks. The program is designed to meet you where you are whenever you return.
Is this program enough on its own?
For many women, yes. The lessons are designed to stand on their own. Support is optional and available only if and when it feels helpful.
Do I need to change everything at once?
No. Small, steady changes tend to be more supportive than doing more or trying to fix everything.
What if I have questions or want guidance?
Optional support is available if and when it feels helpful. You can explore support options at any time — there’s no need to decide now.
Is this program focused on weight loss?
This program focuses on metabolic and whole-body health. Weight often changes as regulation improves, but it is not treated as a requirement or measure of success.
